• 201 Park Avenue South, MI 201 Park, LLC & W Hotels Management Inc., & Union Square Seafood LLC dba W New York Union Square: An alteration to an existing hotel liquor license application seeking indoor restaurant operating hours until 11:00 pm, 7 days a week, and outdoor sidewalk and rooftop operating hours until 10:00 pm, Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 pm, Friday and Saturday. In the rooftop bar/lounge, they wish to have recorded music, occasional live acoustic music, and occasional live DJ music played at a background level only. There will be no music played in the sidewalk cafe at any time.
• 36 Central Park South, Symphony CP (Park Lane) Owner LLC & Highgate Hotels, L.P. dba Park Lane Hotel: A new hotel liquor license application seeking indoor operating hours until 4:00 am, 7 days a week; outdoor operating hours of the ground floor cafe and 2nd floor terrace until midnight, 7 days a week; and outdoor rooftop operating hours until 1:00 am, Sunday through Thursday, and 2:00 am, Friday through Saturday. They wish to play recorded music at a background level, and for private events, the following: for indoor spaces, recorded, live, and DJ music at an entertainment level; for all outdoor spaces, recorded and live music at an entertainment level; for the rooftop only, DJ music at an entertainment level, and for the ground floor cafe and 2nd floor terrace, no music past 10:00 pm and live music restricted to 4:00 pm-10:00 pm.
